What is the ACP solution for employers?

The ACP combines all of the employer’s barriers and pains by putting a solution in place. The ACP ensures that every learner has a full background DBS and consensual social media/activist check to ensure they are safely placed in a suitable employer host site.

The ACP will not discriminate any learner in any way. The ACP has a duty of care which is to ensure that all parties are safe. We ensure everyone’s safety by placing all learners in a suitable placement, which is in fitting with their views, The placement must be within an environment that the learner feels comfortable in.
